Overview the introduction and function of the main materials of FRP membrane shell. Nowadays, the use of reverse osmosis membrane module for water treatment technology is more and more widely used at home and abroad, including the reverse osmosis membrane module pressure vessel, that is, the reverse osmosis membrane shell, which is mainly used to load the reverse osmosis membrane components, which can effectively wash the membrane components forward and backward, reduce the fouling probability of the membrane components, and thus improve the service efficiency of the membrane components.
The materials used in the kryle 4-inch membrane shell mainly include FRP, stainless steel, engineering plastics, etc. the application working pressure range is usually medium and high pressure, and FRP is mainly used in occasions above high pressure. At the same time, the pressure vessel of reverse osmosis membrane module was initially lined with steel pipe, and the corrosion-resistant coating is easy to crack and peel off, which is very unsafe in use. Later, it was changed to aluminum containers, but it was found that lvzhirong banner was not corrosion-resistant in application, and finally FRP containers were developed.
No matter what kind of membrane element must be put into the pressure vessel, it can be used by the Chinese side. Because the size of each membrane element itself is different, the size of the FRP pressure vessel used to fill the membrane element is also different. In each pressure vessel, only one membrane element or several membrane elements can be installed. Usually, 1 ~ 7 membrane elements can be installed in each pressure vessel. Inner connectors are used to connect the membrane elements and the ports of the membrane elements and the pressure vessel are supported and sealed by support plates, sealing plates, lock rings, etc.
At present, the main difference of the Pressure FRP membrane shell is in the end. In the actual operation process, the feed water enters the membrane element from the feed water pipeline at one end of the pressure vessel. In the membrane element, part of the feed water passes through the membrane surface to form product water with low salt content, and the rest continues to flow forward along the feed water channel to enter the next membrane element. Because the salt content of this part of water is higher than that of feed water, it is called feed water and concentrated water in the reverse osmosis system. The product water and concentrated water are finally led out of the pressure vessel by the product water channel and concentrated water channel respectively.
Therefore, the membrane shell can obtain FRP with different strength and elastic properties within a certain range to bear different loads to meet the structural performance requirements.
